Once you know the technicalities of the shower, it is time to send out the invitations! Wedding shower invitations should include:
• What kind of shower (wedding)
• For Whom (bride-to-be or couple)
• When
• Where
• Who's hosting
• How to RSVP
• The theme
• Where the bride is registered
Send the invitations out at least four weeks in advance. This gives the guests enough warning, enough time to RSVP, and enough time to get a gift. A week before the event, follow up on the phone with guests who have did not RSVP.
