·        How much is it to preserve a wedding gown?
The cost of preserving your wedding gown will vary depending on the condition (tears, stains, etc.) and the complexity of the dress (embellishments, beading, length of train, etc.) Pricing will typically include inspection, cleaning, and repairs, and preservation packing materials. These things will generally run from around $290 to $500. There are also do-it-yourself kits for only around $60. Just remember that they saying “you get what you pay for” is typically always true!
·        If my wedding was a couple of years ago, is it too late to preserve my gown?
Although it is very beneficial to bring it in as soon as possible, it is typically not too late! If there are stains, the preservation company might have extra work to perform in restoring your gown, but they can usually either restore them to their original or an improved condition.
·        What if the company tells me that I have to keep my gown sealed of the warranty is voided?
If this is the case, do not do business with this company. This guarantee only protects them. In other words, you would never be able to have any claims against their work!
