Breakfast
 
Breakfast will once again be at the hotels onsite restaurant Bambara’s. 
 
Morning Activities
 
The morning will take you to one of the city’s most historical sites Temple Square. Construction on Temple Square began back in 1853 however it was not completed until 1892. Temple Square was built by the Mormon settlers who founded Salt Lake City. Completely hand built, Temple Square is one of the most beautiful structures in the country. Inside the Tabernacle is the massive hand built 11,000 pipe Tabernacle Organ. The Tabernacle is also home to the Mormon Tabernacle Choir.
 
Lunch
 
Residents of Salt Lake City consider today’s lunch destination to be one of their city’s hidden jewels. The Dragon Diner serves Chinese food with mouthwatering taste and low prices. The majority of this restaurants business comes from take-out orders. Serving both lunch and dinner their menu offers traditional Chinese selections such as egg rolls, pot stickers, wontons, hot and sour soup, chicken, beef, pork, seafood, vegetable, rice, and noodle dishes. There are also several spicy selections for those with brave taste buds. Prices start at $4.25
 
Afternoon Activities
 
The Hotel Monaco offers in room spa treatments such as massages and facials. On tap for this afternoon is a:
·        Brown Sugar Massage: This is an aromatherapy massage which uses sugar infused body oil. It sooths stress and toxins out of the body. Sugar shea butter is also used to make skin extra moisturized. The cost of the massage is $110 for 50 minutes or $160 for 80 minutes.
 
Dinner
 
Spencer’s for Steak and Chops Spencer’s is an award winning restaurant and is located downtown at the Hilton Salt Lake. Serving both lunch and dinner Spencer’s offers up a wide array of culinary delights. Prawn & Crab Cocktail, Crusty Onion Soup, and Iced Blue Oysters on the Half Shell are a few of the selections on the appetizer menu. Several salads are also available. The entrée menu features Double Cut Lamb Chops, Filet Mignon, Australian Cold-Water Lobster Tail, and Ahi Tuna just to name a few. Side dishes such as smashed potatoes, crispy onion curls, and mushrooms are a couple of the selections from the sides menu. The menu prices at Spencer’s range from $5.25 to $40.
