·        $100,000-$250,000: This price range is vast in housing options. From existing homes, newly constructed homes, to condos. Square footage in this price range generally spans from 1500 to 2400 square feet.

·        $250,000-$400,000: The homes in this price range are typically single family homes and are either existing homes or newly constructed homes. The square footage in this price range generally ranges from 2300 sq. ft. to 3300 sq. ft. Neighborhood location along with the age of the house will both affect the homes price.

·        $400,000-$600,000: Condos and single family homes make up this price range. There are existing homes as well as newly constructed ones to choose from. Square footage ranges from 2700 sq. ft. to 3800.

·        $600,000-1 Million: Homes in this price range are existing homes, new construction, and condos. The homes and condos in this price range are located in some of Salt Lake City’s most sought after neighborhoods. Each home is equipped with several amenities and top of the line features.
