·        Powder Run at Snow Park: Located in Deer Valley which is only 30 minutes from Salt Lake City these condos offer year round fun. Snow skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and ice skating can all be enjoyed during the winter while hiking, jet skiing, tennis, river rafting, scuba diving, fishing, and kayaking are all available during the summer months. ·        Carriage House Condos: Located only a mile from the ski lifts the Carriage House Condos are an affordable alternative to many area resorts, condos, or lodges. The condos feature a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and shuttle service. Other area attractions such as shopping, dining, and entertainment are only minutes away. Studios and two bedroom condos are available and each comes standard with full kitchens, balconies, cable televisions, and daily maid service. Nightly rates start at $65.
