The condos and townhouses are generally priced from under $100,000 up to $500,000 or more, while single-family homes average about $200,000 to $300,000. With condos and townhouses, you will be able to choose from a variety of styles and also may gain access to community facilities like gyms. The homes vary greatly, from bungalows to ranches or historic buildings. Prices for homes with estates vary based on the development but can range up to about $2 million. The market is remaining very active and strong.
• Southeast Nashville. This area offers luxury condominiums and townhouses, single-family detached homes and estates, Cumberland River estates, and more. Most condos and townhouses are priced in the $100,000s, while houses range in price from $100,000 to the $400,000s. Luxury estates with a lot of land, scenic water view, private patios, etc., can rise into the millions. There are also many lots available for custom building. Once again, this area’s market is growing stronger.
• Suburbs. Franklin, Brentwood, Cool Springs, and other Nashville suburbs are some of the most desired areas in the United States today. Choose from old Tudor style homes, classic ranches, modern downtown lofts, or from the many other styles. The market is currently moving from a very inexpensive buyers market to a seller’s market. However, this middle Tennessee area is able to give you a tremendous amount for your money even with the rising prices.
