·        $100,000 - $300,000: Homes in this price range are either condos or single family homes with 2 to 4 bedrooms and 1 to 2.5 baths.

·        $300,000 - $500,000: This price range consists of existing homes that offer 2 to 4 bedrooms and 2 to 4 baths.

 

 

Creve Coeur has several public schools in the school district as well as private schools such as DeSmet Jesuit High School and Whitfield School. The area is also home to Missouri Baptist University and Maryville University.
