When you get the grill and take it home you need a place for it. Most people, especially women, put the grill on the edge of the table for easy assess. Whether you place the grill, there are a few guidelines you want to follow. Here are some tips to help you:
· Placement - Make sure you put your grill in a place where you can reach a receptacle with no stretching of the cord. And you want the grill in a spot where you have no obstructions since you will be opening it fully for cooking.
· Safety - Also make sure to put the cord in a receptacle that does not have too many other plugs in it. You wouldn’t want to cause a short.
· Convenience – Again, when mentioning placement, you also want to be sure the grill is located where you have easy assess to it from the stove. You wouldn’t want to open the stove, bend over to take the food out, and accidentally hit the grill. You might get burned or cause a serious injury.
· First Use – When you first use your grill you may smell something funny. This is just the burn off of the chemicals they spray on there from the factory. It would be good to treat the surface with some type of cleaner first and then use it to prevent this.
