Scandinavia, Austria and Switzerland have several top-notch resorts designated for the sport, and you can find wonderful accommodations across Canada as well.
In the United States, the top cross-country ski destinations include the White Mountains of New Hampshire, where there are several designated cross-country ski areas; the Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe, Vermont, which was America’s first ski center; the areas of northern Minnesota; Lake Tahoe and Idaho just to name a few.
