Celebrity skiers took to the slopes earlier this month as America Airlines hosted its 21st annual Celebrity Ski Weekend - a fundraiser for Cystic Fibrosis research and development. To date, American Airlines has raised $22 since the fundraiser's inception in 1986.
Skiing celebs, as well as regular skiers, convened at Vail Cascade Resort & Spa for weekend of mingling, dining, dancing, and (I guess) some skiing here and there. Over $1 million was raised this year.
It sounds like a great cause all around, but American Airlines didn't mention exactly which celebrities were involved in the event. The last thing you want to do is end up hanging out with some 80s has-been for 3 days. Trust me, I know. I once shared a plane flight with Corey Feldman, and if you don't think that guy can talk for 6 hours about his Pomeranian, you're wrong. Dead wrong.
