Parking is still a big issue for RVs around the country. In Torrance, California, debate in city council is reaching a boiling point as ordinances allowing RV owners to park their vehicles in residential spaces is being challenged.

Many homeowners are demanding that ordinance be drafted moving all RV parking under power lines. They feel that if someone can afford a recreational vehicle, then part of that ownership includes proper storage that doesn't interfere with other residences.
