Many people love those long, hot baths, but every time they try to soak, their already dry skin ends up even more itchy and damaged because of all the time in the water. Thankfully, by adding floating bath oil, you can soak in a hot bath for an hour or more without those problems. The bath oil lightly coats your entire body as you rest in the water, protecting your skin from drying out but not causing you to feel oily.

Bath salts have also been recommended for use with problem skin; however, it is not quite as perfect as bath oil. Bath salts do make the water feel silky; however, they also remove the body oil in order to revitalize and soften the skin. Basically, either bath salt or oil will help with dry skin, but bath oil is the best option.
