If you are having a gathering or get together, and you need to plan for it, there are various holidays you need to keep in mind. And each one requires certain types of decorations and more. Here is a partial list of holidays and what is required to plan them:

• Memorial Day: This is a day when everyone should be respecting those who went to battle and lost their lives for our safety. Therefore, this type of event should be done with digital, respect, and in good taste. Here are areas you will need to focus on:

o Decorations - As for decorations, one way to plan for this is to order scene setters. You can get these in a size 50' by 4' rolls. There are many of them with the Memorial Day theme. You can also hang the American Flag on the front of your house, and inside in strategic places. As for the
o Menu - For Memorial Day, it would be good to have hot dogs, hamburgers, potato salad, anything that is barbecued, Cole slaw, fruit salad, and more. For dessert you can have apple pie or some kind of cake.
o Activities - You could provide such things as large patriotic spectacles and glowing light sticks. Kids love these.
• Halloween: For Halloween, there are many themes you can apply to make it fun for the kids and adults alike.
o Themes - If you are planning a party for the office, you will need to decorate it to make it a fun atmosphere that will help boost employee morale. If your party will be for kids, you can have them dress up as their favorite actor, musician, or whatever who they like.
o Activities - As for activities, you can have the kids make a tombstone, carve a pumpkin, make a mask, make a haunted house, and even have a scavenger hunt.
• Christmas: Christmas is the most favored time of year for people because everyone is in a festive mood. This is also the best time of year to throw a party because of what is involved to do it. Everyone, more or less, has their house decorated for Christmas. So this is practically a given.
o Themes - You don't have to worry too much about themes because Christmas is the theme. However, there are particular themes that you may wish to apply for your Christmas party. For instance you may want a Winter Wonderland, Santa Party, Holiday Lights, Let It Snow!, and others.
o Activities - Activities can include gift exchanges, holiday cookie exchanges, Christmas games, and other types of activities.
