Travel along the Columbia River Highway to see breathtaking views of the Columbia River Gorge. This European byway has distinctive Florentine viaducts crafted by Italian stonecutters in the early 1900s. You will enjoy the frequent turnouts with wonderful views of many of the 77 waterfalls. Be sure to stop at Multnomah Falls, Oregon’s tallest cataract and America’s second highest year-round waterfall. You can walk up a trail to get close to the falls and take photos.
