Becoming a Philanthropist

You don’t have own a steel company like Andrew Carnegie or be a software magnet like Bill Gates to become a philanthropist. Simply involving yourself in causes you are passionate about through any level of financial giving and/or volunteerism can accomplish the ideals set forth by Benjamin Franklin and the other founding fathers. Giving back to the community not only creates a better environment for others, it nourishes the spirit as well. And as individuals give back out of their success, it allows others to be equipped to experience success as well.
