Located in Southwest New Mexico, Silver City is currently a seller’s market. The town is located 155 west of El Paso, Texas and is a mountain community with beautiful rock formations and lush landscapes. The average selling price for a home in Silver City in 2005 was close to $250,000. Most properties here are on one-half to ten-acre lots.
