We have all had to cram our bikes into the back of our cars at some point in our lives. It is a huge hassle to have to take apart your bike, cram it in your car, re-assemble it again before you ride, only to have to take it apart again once you’re down. Not only is this scenario bad for you, but it is also bad for your bike and car. The whole thing is just a a headache.
However, necessity breeds the invention, and we are so thankful for the gentleman or lady who invented a bike rack that we can put on outside of our cars. It would be nice if we all drove pickup trucks, but alas we do not. If that were the case I suppose this article would be about pickup trucks instead.
Bike racks can be defined as tools or instruments that enable us to carry our bikes on be outside of our cars. The latest technologies certainly make things so much easier. It wasn’t enough to have a single type of bike rack, they had to go ahead and make more. Now the problem isn’t where to find a bike rack, it is which one do I choose.
