Motorcycle Covers Overview

After you have polished and waxed your motorcycle to make it look its best, don't leave it parked out in the open. Protect your investment with a motorcycle cover. Motorcycle covers are a great way of adding years of life to your motorcycles paint. Mother Nature can run havoc on your motorcycle so why not protect it.

Keep in mind that most motorcycle covers are not "waterproof" but rather water resistant or repellant. A lightweight bike cover can be treated with 3M Scotchguard spray in order to increase the water repellant factor. But don't expect to find a completely dry bike when hit by torrential rains. If a puddle forms, in the cover, expect to find water on your motorcycle.

Motorcycle covers are often overlooked but they serve an essential purpose. They protect your bike from dust, dirt, scratches and a hundred little accidental bumps and nicks that can make your motorcycle look old and worn out. If you take pride in your bike a motorcycle cover is a must. When you store your bike for the winter months, a cover will keep it looking new.
