Here's another interesting piece concerning whether motorcycles should be "silenced."

William Pearson lives off Texas 16 between Fredericksburg and Kerrville and said the noise can be so bad on the weekends that he can’t sit outside his own front door.

Cases like these are tough decisions. No one wants to censure the actions of others, but noise-pollution is a genuine problem precisely because it defies most personal property boundaries.
