While trolling around for various news articles, I came across this piece in the Yorkshire Post.

The article keeps referring to "anti-social behavior" in a way that's, frankly, kind of creepy. I'm assuming the trouble here is that this is some kind of Anglicized terminology that I'm not getting, but how exactly are these guys breaking the law? Off-roading I can understand; using poor or illegal equipment I can understand; but what is this "anti-social behavior" malarky?
