CHRISTINI AWD has been a pioneer in the design and development of proprietary All Wheel Drive Systems ("AWD") for motorcycles and bicycles. The affordable, lightweight AWD system distributes power between the front and rear wheels with virtually no power loss. The new funding will be focused on the production launch of the revolutionary AWD Motorcycle, scheduled to be available in the fall of 2006.

I'm not sure exactly what the practical applications for something like this, save maybe that I can now pull a trailer with a dirtbike.
