» Installing a Chandelier
If you are considering hanging the chandelier yourself, be sure to consider the weight and size of the chandelier before you begin installation. The junction box located in the ceiling must be able to support the weight of the chandelier. Be prepared with the following tools; wire nuts/connectors, utility knife or fine-tooth hacksaw, circuit tester, pliers, insulated screwdrivers or screw gun and a multipurpose tool. Once the tools are assembled, follow these four steps; turn off the power, remove old light fixture, replace junction box, and wire the chandelier.
Chandeliers are affordable ways to change and enhance any room, especially a dining room. Choose a fixture to suit your personal style and taste, and your home or office décor and enjoy.
