Some visitors may prefer to be in the company of other people and have a little bit of socialisation which staying at a hotel normally offers. It does not usually prove suitable for children due to the atmosphere owners are trying to maintain but there are some that will consider children and even pets at a push.
Unlike many major cities, it is more likely to come across more 4 and 5 star hotels but you certainly don’t need to pay celebrity prices for staying at such a hotel. It is common for Rome and due to this fact, prices are kept low.
One place that offers excellent accommodation is the Eurostars Roma Congress Hotel and Convention Center. As the name suggests it is suitable for holidaymakers and businessmen/women alike and whilst it is simple, the rooms are good quality, a great size and most importantly comfortable.
The hotel is 4 stars and is located in the Via Prenestina area of Rome close to the highway. There are two restaurants, a major convention area for those meetings – this can hold up to about 600 people, parking facilities are available and a shuttle is available to transfer you to the center, this is included in the price of a hotel room. The hotel offers disabled access and all rooms are non smoking. Prices start from a modest 69 euros per night, it depends on when you stay but for everything that is included, it is excellent value for money.
