Before deciding to purchase, you need to consider various factors such as how close is the nearest school, is the transport on time and frequent and most importantly, is the area safe? It may seem trivial and you may become clouded to these important factors if you find THE house but always be clear minded when viewing and take your time. It pays to wait until the right house at the right price comes along.
