Fasteners are essential components in the aerospace industry, construction, farming, machinery, and transportation, to name a few.  Fasteners include a long list of products: head hex cap screws, nuts, bolts, washers, screws, socket cap screws, shoulder screws, anchors, rivets, thread inserts, retaining rings, retaining clips, strut clamps and hangers, pins, hooks, nails, threaded rods and studs, shim stock, key stock, socket set screws, spacers and standoffs. Each of these types of fasteners can be found in many different types of size and shape variations including different lengths, diameters thread sizes and grades. Fasteners may be sized using inches or millimeters as the standard of measurement. They can also be found in all types of metals: stainless steel, aluminum, brass, silicon bronze, Monel, inconel, hastelloy, and titanium. It is safe to say that there are thousands and thousands of variations of fasteners available on the market.
