Day Three

Home » Indiana » Indianapolis, Indiana: A Three-Day Vacation Guide » Day Three

After two busy, fun-filled days, it’s time to wind down the trip and get ready to head home. Over the first two days of the trip, you’ve surely seen some things you would have loved to do, but couldn’t take the time. Choose two or three of those, and do them today. Try that restaurant you saw, take a tour of that historical site you didn’t get to stop at, or do some souvenir shopping at any of the malls. Another place you’ll want to check out is the City Market (located on Market St. between Delaware St. and Alabama St.), where you can find great food, especially for lunch.

The last activity of your trip will be to take in a world-class Broadway show this evening, after dining at a restaurant of your choosing. Broadway in Indianapolis is a touring theatre company featuring talented professionals, and you’ll enjoy them before you have to head home tomorrow. They perform at the Murat Centre (502 N. New Jersey St.) and Clowes Memorial Hall at Butler University (4600 Sunset Ave.).

Remember, mix and match these days so they become the perfect vacation for you! Indianapolis has a lot to offer! We hope you enjoy your journey!
