If you’re heading to Indianapolis for vacation, you’ll need a place to stay. We’ll list a few hotels with good values in a few different parts of town to help you make your selection.

If you’re planning to stay right downtown, you might want to choose the Westin (50 S. Capitol Ave.). Its average rate of $139 per night is the best you can find in the downtown area for a hotel of its quality. It’s within an easy walk to most of the downtown attractions. If you’d rather stay near the airport and avoid the congestion of downtown, you might want to try the Amerihost Inn Plainfield (6105 Cambridge Way, Plainfield, IN). At an affordable $59 per night, it includes some of the amenities you’d expect at a much more expensive hotel. If the north side of town if your preference, you should try the Country Inn and Suites (7960 N. Shadeland Ave.). This is a 2 ½-star hotel with rates around $75 per night.
