I cannot stress how important it is to purchase a property that has several schools within the local area. It all too commonly happens where a family purchase a property with no schools surrounding the area and if the children are lucky to be accepted, there will be a major bus trip ahead of them.

If when you look at an area, and there are no local schools then unless one is being built then I would continue looking for an area that offers such a basic facility. Prices will increase if there is a school nearby but for a child’s education, it is worth it.
