AM and PM Activity

If you want a museum with a bit of difference that can provide an all new experience for the whole family then I recommend visiting the Illinois State Museum.

The museum will take you through many years and centuries of history beginning with the Ice Age to Fossils and how Midwest USA looked thousands of years ago. If you want to refer to the website for more information then don’t hesitate to visit because it can give you plenty of information to help you decide whether or not to arrange a trip out. http://museum.state.il.us/index.html
Lunch

After taking part in a historical trip then you may want a filling and tasty meal to prepare you for an afternoon of adventure. Located closed to the Mississippi river, there is the Eckert Country Restaurant. It offers world famous Eckert Fried Chicken and opens early for breakfast and closes late for evening meals. You can contact the restaurant on 618/233-0513 Ext. 3.

Dinner

If you are traveling throughout the state of Illinois, it is an ideal choice to visit the Real McCoy café, Lawrenceville. It gives you the choice to eat in or take away and offers traditional American cuisine with some seasonal menus to match the season. There is a various choice for everyone and the menu is outstanding.
