Some of the best Northern, Eastern, and Southeastern Iceland activities and attractions include:
• Glaumbær. This is a museum in an old home that is furnished just as it had been in the 18th century. It can be found just outside of Varmahlið.
• Víðmýri. This tiny wooden church in Varmahlið is an example to all visitors of the simple Icelandic past.
