3) In terms of location, you can get no better than the Doubletree Hotel which is located adjacent to the Sam Houston Park (an excellent location with a great local history). Just some of the local attractions are the Six Flags Astroworld Theme Park and the Astrodome which is situated about 6 miles from the hotel. There is a staggering 350 rooms available over 20 floors and each room comprises of coffeemakers, desks, iron/ironing board, cable TV, high speed internet and voicemail. On the complex you will also find a wide array of facilities which included a gym, business center, safety deposit boxes, gift shop and a variety of dining options at the on site restaurant.
