Schedule of Services

Most pest control companies will want to set you up on a regular schedule for having your home treated. Proper timing is the key to maintaining control of the insects that periodically invite themselves into your home. It is important that you schedule well-timed services even though there may be times that you don’t feel a treatment is needed because you are not seeing any pests. This is because with regular treatment a perimeter of protection has been put in place around your home. It is important however; that you stay on schedule to keep the service working properly.

• Initial Service – Includes a complete treatment of the inside and outside of your home. The initial service is to control the immediate pest problem and prepare your home for ongoing preventative maintenance. This service typically has a one-month guarantee.
• Every-other Month – Designed to maintain pest control for a period of two months. Your home will be treated inside in areas such as doors and windows. All cracks, crevices, and around the plumbing will be treated. They will also treat any outside areas that show a need for treatment, such as anthills or signs of mice.
• Quarterly – During this service your home will be treated with additional chemicals. This treatment is guaranteed for a period of three months.
• As Needed – Normally for the inside of the home on an as needed basis and is done after the initial visit.
• Lawn – This service includes a complete treatment of lawn. Normally this treatment is for fleas, ticks, and ants. This treatment may be needed every two to three months depending on your reason for treatment.
