» What does "some assembly required" mean in the coat rack world?
Relax. Coat trees are about as easy to put together as are Christmas trees. For the average coat tree, do-it-yourself assembly usually just means twisting one post onto another and sliding some parts together, and instructions are usually included. If tools are required, it probably won’t require much more than a simple screwdriver. Wall hooks can be a tad more complicated, because if you are hanging more than one, you will probably want to get a measuring tape out to ensure accuracy. But hanging them is not manually exhausting work. You can do it!
