• North Shore: Kauai’s North Shore is rich in the history and heritage of Hawaii. • South Shore: This area of Kauai is known for its sunny, warm weather and blue waters year-round. If you enjoy outdoor activities like surfing, golf, or snorkeling there will be few times during the year weather will prohibit you from enjoying these sports. Major towns in this area include: Koloa & Poipu and Kalaheo & Lawai.
• West Side: The air here is reminiscent of past Hawaii. The small towns afford an old country aroma amidst the dry air and open spaces. This side of the island offers affordable community housing as well as great hiking and camping. Major towns in this area include: Waimea and Kekaha
