Day six will be richly rewarding as you spend the day in the ancient city of Corinth. Here you can enjoy some of the Classical sites of the area and walk through the land where St. Paul spent two years of his life preaching and dwelling. Begin by taking a walking tour of Corinth, entering from the ancient Lechaion road. At this location, visitors will find a general view of most of the historical site. Enjoy the Propylon at the entrance to the Agora with the Basilica on the right of the road. To the left are the Roman Baths of Eurykles, the Precinct of Apollo and the Fountain of Peirene. Explore the remains of the Temple of Apollo, which is well preserved from the 5th century B.C. The Fountain of Peirene stands at the entrance to the Agora/Forum, where pilgrims would travel to seek advice from Apollo.
