Golf Simulators are a relatively new trend that is quickly growing among golfers. A Golf Simulator gives you the feeling of playing a golf course, without having to leave your home. A golf simulator usually is composed of a screen and a mat that holds the golf ball. Whenever you swing and hit the golf ball against the mat, it sends signals to an attached program which shows you where your golf ball would go on an actually course. Cameras track the distance, loft, and accuracy and then prepare you for the next shot. On most simulators, you can either play 18 holes, or just hit balls on an electronic driving range.
