First, check the water levels in each cell of each battery weekly on your electric Golf Cart. You want to make sure that the leaded plates in the battery are submerged completely in the liquid. If you need to refill it, only use distilled water, and don't fill the cell all the way up. Only add enough water to cover the plates, and be sure and wear safety glasses and rubber gloves.
Also, check the connectors to make sure they are tight. Be sure to also look it over well for signs of corrosion. If the connections are loose or if you see corrosion, contact you're nearest Golf Cart dealer.
Finally, be sure that you take the cart in for regular inspections. The faster that you catch a problem, the easier the fix can be. Usually, you can take your cart to the dealership that you bought it from. They should be able to walk you through any repairs that are needed.
