Every time you use your inflatable bed, glance over it to make sure that it doesn’t need any repair. In addition, prevent the need for repairs by taking care of your inflatable bed; don’t jump on your inflatable bed or use it as a flotation device.
If the pump will not work, you probably simply have a power issue. Try a different wall outlet or new batteries. If, on the other hand, your inflatable bed is leaking air, make sure all the caps are sealed, and then try and determine the source of the leak. If the air is leaking from the air release valve, take out the gasket and rinse it in warm water for several minutes before sealing the valve again.
If, on the other hand, you find a puncture in your inflatable bed, use the repair patch that (hopefully) came with your inflatable bed. Clean the puncture spot thoroughly and after it has dried, press the patch firmly over the puncture. Let the patch sit for at least four hours and then re-inflate the mattress.
If you need repair patches or any other replacement parts, such as a pump, you will probably need to contact your manufacturer. If your inflatable bed came with a warranty, have that information ready. Your manufacturer is also the best source for detailed repair information regarding your specific inflatable bed.
