Salvador is located on the north coast of East Falkland, only a 90-minute drive from Stanley. Some say this city is one of the Falkland’s best-kept secrets. Here you can enjoy the beautiful, South Atlantic coastline of white sand beaches and rocky outcrops. But the main attraction is the abundance of wildlife, including five kinds of penguin, elephant seals and sea lions, along with many species of marine, shore, freshwater, and inland birds. This settlement is a working sheep farm and has been home to the Pitiluga family for five generations.
