Finding your zone begins by creating a “greatness map.” This can be done by identifying seven or eight stories that best illustrate you functioning in your zone. Think as far back as you can remember and identify those things that come easily or naturally to you…things that created positive results and attracted you. You might even identify three or four people to interview in this process. Ask specific questions about when they saw you in your greatness. The search through historical intelligence will always identify irrefutable data points of your greatness.
