Robert Frost said, “The brain is a wonderful organ. It starts working the moment you get up in the morning and does not stop until you get into the office.” Does this sound like you? Do all of your best ideas seem to leave you when you need them most? Or do you never seem to have good ideas on the job? Are you a visionary who has problems handling logistics? Or are you a detail person who can’t see the forest for the trees?

To some degree, all of these problems are associated with a lack of brain fuel. Brain fuel enables you to grasp ideas and move on them. You are able to learn from what you see, what you are told, and what you experience.

Good learners have a huge head start professionally. They not only catch on quicker to the details of a job, they intuitively figure out ways to do the job more efficiently. This is because they have not learned the job via rote memory, but rather, they understand it inside and out. The more brain fuel you have, the better you will be at your job. The better you are at your job, the more your company succeeds.
