Unlike other countries where there is just one main language throughout the land but in Denmark are there are several joint languages that are shared and they vary on who lives where and whilst the most common is Danish, the others include German, some English and Greenlandic from some of the neighbouring isles.

The language throughout the nation does strongly depend on which part of Denmark you are visiting because even though it is similar in many ways to the German language, the further you are away from the shared German / Denmark border, this will change to a completely different accent but it does make it a bit easier for learning the language because in some cases, the dialect is similar and therefore many words will be similar.
