At the Dover Downs Hotel, one may see all there is to be seen of the racetrack and casino, as well as spend a few days being pampered by the staff. Every possible eventuality has been anticipated, and the guest rooms are second to none.
The hotel offers a wide variety of amenities, including a pool and exercise club, five dining areas, several beverage outlets, six meeting rooms and three hospitality suites, and an elegant, 18,000 square foot ballroom. In-room amenities include an in-room safe, cable TV, Pay-Per-View movies, video games and internet access, voicemail, refrigerator, coffee maker, pillow top beds and comforters, hair dryer and make-up mirror, alarm clock, iron and ironing board.
At the Sheraton Dover, you get what many guests have come to expect of fine Sheraton venues. Guest suite amenities include a data port, suite style living, a fax/copier/printer, the option of a female executive room as an example. Other amenities include a 24-Hour front desk, free parking facilities, an indoor heated pool and a fitness facility. Those who are so inclined may also enjoy the golf courses nearby. The Sheraton also has a number of meeting rooms, the largest of which seats up to fifteen hundred people. The Restaurants at the Sheraton include Tango’s Bistro, the Starlight Lounge and the Z Bar.
There is also a Sheraton in Wilmington, and the amenities and venues are comparable.
