Food services company ARAMARK Corp. reported that it acquired Park Avenue Office Services, a provider of coffee service to businesses in south Florida recently.

Park Avenue Office Services brings more than 3,000 businesses to ARAMARK's client base. ARAMARK said it will continue to run the business locally under the Park Avenue name.


Shares of the company shed 3 cents to $28.37 in morning trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
