The aforementioned sites have such a tourist draw, many Beijing visitors never make it to the other interesting things the city has to offer. If your itinerary allows you to see the five major sites, and still leaves you time to spare, consider dropping by the Lama Temple, the Museum of Ancient Architecture, Dong Yue Miao and Baiyun Guan (Daoist Temples), the Hall of Great Harmony, or Prince Gong’s Mansion.
