On day five, head west of Santiago to Casablanca Valley. Visit Villard Estates, which is possessed by French owners and is one of the initial Casablanca projects. Although this is one of the smallest properties in the valley, it is one of the best.

Return to Santiago by late afternoon. Spend your last evening in Santiago, dining at Caramano, one of the best restaurants to experience true, authentic Chilean food. Tourists rarely frequent this restaurant; so guests will enjoy the true cultural feel of the dining experience.
