Leave your original passport, with your driver’s license in the safety box also, but carry along a photocopy of your passport, in case you’re asked to show some form of ID.
Most restaurants accept credit and debit cards, do not take more cash than you need.
Do not take the regular buses alone, taxis are inexpensive. If you must take a bus, avoid the window seats and the back rows.
