Blogger is the granddaddy of the blogging websites. The site was not completely responsible for the boom and popularity of blogging, but it played a significant role by making blogging easy and accessible to just about anyone. In designing your blog, you can use either the ready-made templates (there are lots to choose from) or you can custom design you own. Signing up on blogger is quick and very user friendly. Even moderately saavy computer users can have a blog up and running within an hour.
Blogger is a great choice for beginners who either don't possess technical skills or would rather not bother with the details. It is a great option for getting started in the world of blogging.
