Most metal beds are finished with a special process called powder coating. Powder coating is a unique process that electro statically sprays finely ground particles of pigment and resin onto the surface of the bed. The metal parts are then placed in an oven to cure. This process results in a highly durable and attractive finish. There are many choices for color, texture and gloss with powder coating. Powder coating is much more environmentally safe than traditional uses of paints and stains.
