• Vie Restaurant: This European style restaurant is located on Main Beach on the Gold Coast of Queensland. Situated on the boardwalk of Palazzo Versace Vie is a favorite with locals. Specialities served at Vie include seared salmon, roasted lamb loin, Vie antipasti, quail filled with pine nuts and shitake mushrooms, vanilla panna-cotta, and pineapple and caramel pudding. • Champagne Brasserie: Located in Gold Coast this French restaurant gives diners the feel of being in a Parisian café. A few of the menu’s specialties include Pan Seared Scallops, Moroccan Chicken, Rabbit Ballotine, Beef Bourguignon, and Crème Brulee. Prices at Champagne Brasserie range from $11 to $20.
