• Vie Restaurant: This European style restaurant is located on Main Beach on the Gold Coast of Queensland. Situated on the boardwalk of Palazzo Versace Vie is a favorite with locals. Specialities served at Vie include seared salmon, roasted lamb loin, Vie antipasti, quail filled with pine nuts and shitake mushrooms, vanilla panna-cotta, and pineapple and caramel pudding. The wine menu at Vie includes white, red, sparkling, and dessert wine selections. Prices at Vie begin at $11 and go up to $30 and wines by the bottle begin at $20 and go up to $85.
• Champagne Brasserie: Located in Gold Coast this French restaurant gives diners the feel of being in a Parisian café. A few of the menu’s specialties include Pan Seared Scallops, Moroccan Chicken, Rabbit Ballotine, Beef Bourguignon, and Crème Brulee. Prices at Champagne Brasserie range from $11 to $20. The wine menu ranges in price from $28 to $290. Champagne Brasserie is open Tuesday-Sunday for lunch and dinner.
• Butter Bistro: Butter Bistro serves an international cuisine with a bit of a French twist to it. Located in Brisbane the restaurant has a laid back atmosphere and mouthwatering food. Specialties at Butter Bistro include western Australian lobster, western Australian scallops, Atlantic salmon, lamb cutlets, and Chicken Wellington. There is also a full dessert menu as well as a wine and cocktail menu. Butter Bistro is open for both lunch and dinner. Menu prices range from $5 to $25 and the wine and cocktail menu prices range from $6 to $100.
• Oskars on Burleigh: This Australian seafood restaurant is located on the surf beach of Burleigh Heads in Queensland. Oskars location on the waterfront offers diners wonderful ocean views setting the mood for a laid back ambiance. Menu items include Kangaroo steak, Atlantic salmon, Tasmanian oysters, Wok seared squid, twice baked sand crab, and raspberry soufflé with double cream. Oskars also offers an extensive wine menu as well as cocktail menu. Menu items range in price from $10 to $33 and wine prices range from $30 to $185 a bottle. Oskars is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner.
• Restaurant Laila: Restaurant Laila has an international flare to its cuisine. The restaurant combines Italian, Mediterranean, and Turkish dishes on its menu. Located in Strathpine, Queensland the restaurant also has belly dancers and dance workshops. Their menu consists of seafood, meat, pasta, pizzas, chicken, and dessert dishes. Diners can order their favorite wine or cocktail to accompany their meal from the full service bar. Menu items range in price from $8 to $20.
• Restaurant B: Located on Main Beach on the Gold Coast in Queensland Restaurant B serves a cuisine of Modern Australian dishes with tastes from Japan, France, and the Mediterranean. A few of their menus specialties are Tasmanian pacific oysters, wallaby shank porcini mushroom tart, Venison sausages, pan roasted fillet of snapper, baked lemon cheesecake, and chocolate crème brulee. Restaurant B also has a full wine menu to ensure any meal has the perfect wine to accompany it. Menu items start at $10 and go up in price to $25. Wines by the bottle range from $26 to $110.
